The caring instruction that Shauna Zeilig has given to my child has had measurable benefits.  My child has autism and used to have much more of a problem with balancing and keeping calm.  The yoga seems to make her very happy and more independent.  Shauna teaches Yoga for Exceptional Children in a kind and patient manner.  I highly recommend her and her wonderful teaching skills.
